For maximum availability, we ask that you schedule your next appointment prior to leaving ONE Salon & Spa. A major credit card or ONE Salon & Spa Gift Card is required in order to guarantee your appointments for 3 or more services, a spa collection, or private parties.


Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment, this will ensure that you will receive your complete service time. Upon arrival, we ask that you complete a customer profile, when appropriate, a spa robe, slippers, or smock will be provided for your comfort. You will then be escorted to our Reception lounge or Tranquility Room to relax with a cup of herbal tea before your service or treatment begins. Your timeliness is appreciated.


A 24 hour cancellation notice is required and greatly appreciated. If scheduled services of 2 or more are not cancelled within 24 hours of scheduled appointments, a 50% cancellation fee of scheduled services will be charged to the provided credit card or gift card. You will be provided with a cancellation number when giving a cancellation courtesy of 24 hours. Return check fee $35

Spa Etiquette

To maintain a tranquil and relaxing environment in the spa facility, we ask that conversations are kept low and cell phones and electronics are silenced. Additionally, our spa facility does not accommodate children under the age of 12, unless they are receiving spa services and are accompanied by an adult. Thank you for your understanding.

Tranquility Room

For your comfort and convenience, ONE Salon & Spa provides a relaxation lounge for use before and between services, or to enjoy a light lunch.


All prices are subject to change. ONE Salon & Spa is dedicated to providing the newest products, services, and technology. Therefore, our prices may change without notice.

Product Return

Your satisfaction is our utmost concern. Should the need arise to return a product, we ask that the return be made within 7 days of the purchase date. A product exchange or ONE Salon & Spa credit will be made available. Cosmetics and skincare products cannot be returned or exchanged if the product is used or open.

Personal Possessions

We regret that we cannot be responsible for damage or the loss of personal articles, such as clothing or accessories. We also ask that, when appropriate, you wear the provided smock for protection of your clothing. For your convenience, private lockers are available.
