To cancel an appointment, or if you have any special concerns or questions, please call us at (630) 954-1900.
Only appointments scheduled by the individual with the registered pin number will be accepted, all other appointments scheduled will be canceled.
Online Appointment Instructions
- Enter your individual User ID # and password (in UPPERCASE). If you do not have a user id or password please call us at (630) 954-1900.
- After clicking the Submit button, click on the Services tab on the upper right.
- Select your desired service from the list.
- If you have a desired Technician select them, else choose “no preference”.
- Click “Search for Appointment” (which provides a recap of your search).
- Click “First Available” Button (Recommended, this way you can see all available times) or select your individual preference.
- Click “Begin the Search Now”.
- Select your desired Appointment Time from the availability list.
- Select “Accept or Decline” on the Policy Statement.
- Select Email Reminder or No Preference (This is for confirmation).
- You are finished, look for an email confirmation.
Online Appointments Policy Statement
You have agreed to our policy regarding the confidentiality of you customer PIN number, procedures used for online appointment booking, appointment changes and cancellations. In consideration of receiving a PIN number and being able to book appointments online you have agreed to keep your credit card on file, and have given us the right to bill your credit card for 100% of the service costs associated with any missed appointments made using your PIN that are not cancelled within 12 hours before the scheduled appointment date and time.
