Appointments

For maximum availability, we ask that you schedule your next appointment prior to leaving ONE Salon & Spa. A major credit card or ONE Salon & Spa Gift Card is required in order to guarantee your appointments for 3 or more services, a spa collection, or private parties.

Standing Appointment Acknowledgment

Appointments are very important to clients and ONE Salon & Sp has reserved time especially for you.  A standing appointment is reserved usually the same date and time on a regular basis and guaranteed for you.  By providing the convenience, you will be agreeing to payment in the event there is any cancellation or late arrival for your scheduled services, or if the appointment cannot be completely fulfilled.

We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully require a 48-hour notice for appointment cancellations or changes.  If your appointment is cancelled in less than 48 hours of your scheduled appointment time you will be charged 100% of the services scheduled.

If you cancel or have an interruption with your appointment on the scheduled day of service, you will be charged 100% of the service amount of services scheduled.

Cancellations

Appointments are very important to clients, and ONE Salon & Spa has reserved time especially for you.  We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully require a 48-hour notice for appointment cancellations or changes. If your appointment is cancelled in less than 48 hours of your scheduled appointment time you will be charged 50% of the quoted service amount of all scheduled services for that day.

If you cancel your appointment on the scheduled day of service, you will be charged 100% of the quoted service amount of scheduled services.

No Call / No Show
If you do not contact us to cancel or reschedule and do not show up on the scheduled date of your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the quoted service amount of scheduled services.

Late Arrival
At ONE Salon & Spa we have a 15-minute late arrival policy. If you are running late, please call ahead to let us know as a courtesy. Should you arrive late beyond 15 minutes, we may have to forfeit your appointment completely and will be charged 100% of the quoted service amount scheduled.

Spa Etiquette

To maintain a tranquil and relaxing environment in the spa facility, we ask that conversations are kept low and cell phones and electronics are silenced. Additionally, our spa facility does not accommodate children under the age of 12, unless they are receiving spa services and are accompanied by an adult. Thank you for your understanding.

Tranquility Room

For your comfort and convenience, ONE Salon & Spa provides a relaxation lounge for use before and between services, or to enjoy a light lunch.

Prices

All prices are subject to change. ONE Salon & Spa is dedicated to providing the newest products, services, and technology. Therefore, our prices may change without notice.

Product Return

Your satisfaction is our utmost concern. Should the need arise to return a product, we ask that the return be made within 7 days of the purchase date. A product exchange or ONE Salon & Spa credit will be made available. Cosmetics and skincare products cannot be returned or exchanged if the product is used or open.

Personal Possessions

We regret that we cannot be responsible for damage or the loss of personal articles, such as clothing or accessories. We also ask that, when appropriate, you wear the provided smock for protection of your clothing. For your convenience, private lockers are available.
